Normal BMI OR bust!!!

Since adolescence, I have always yo-yo'd between at least 10 to 15 lbs overweight-- I've BEEN the gym rat, tried Weight Watchers, atkins, sugarbusters... almost every diet out there.

I want to lose this weight the RIGHT way and KEEP IT OFF.

My Program:
1200 to 1550 calories per day.
Cardio Minimum 3x/week.

Hi!
Regarding the Jambalaya....I didn't substitute anything for the file powder...so it probably didn't taste quite like yours! (but thanks for letting me know what it is!) Oh, and here's another big difference...I'm alergic to garlic (sad, I know), so I use shallot instead in recipes. Probably yet another taste difference, but my husband and I still liked it! We're probably having leftovers tonight! : )
