Learning to Love MY Life
Just trying to become a better & more healthy person. Obviously, I LOVE The Simpsons! I also LOVE The Walking Dead. I watch entirely too much TV and it's a bad habit I've been trying to break my entire life. I'm tired of just trying to lose weight. I want to have a more healthy life overall. It's hard when your significant other isn't as interested, but he's still super supportive. I'm doing all I can to keep myself motivated but it doesn't always work. ...

I watch entirely too much TV and it's a bad habit I've been trying to break my entire life. I'm tired of just trying to lose weight. I want to have a more healthy life overall. It's hard when your significant other isn't as interested, but he's still super supportive. I'm doing all I can to keep myself motivated but it doesn't always work. I've done the work before and saw the fabulous changes but something always inevitably kicks me back off the wagon. I'm tired of there being a "wagon" at all. I just want to find the motivation I need to get my life in order.

My Goals:
Lose at least 20 pounds. Be super hot in a bathing suit when we go to Jamaica in Feb. 2013 Get more restful sleep. Learn to not hate exercise.
My Program:
Trying to keep myself and a few friends/co-workers motivated by sharing our success. Also by exercising with friends.
