My Goals:
my original goal was to get to 130 but since I've been trying FOREVER to lose weight, I've become realistic in my goal. I would like to get down to 145 and then go from there, either stay there or lose more if my body and mind allows me.

My Program:
strength training 3 times a week, cardio 3-6 times a week, portion control, no soda (or at least minimal)

Personal Information:
i'm in eau claire, wisconsin area. am a mom to 2 kids so i'm busy with workingout, working, taking care of the kids. i'm finally getting the hang of taking care of myself better.

hi! I saw your posts in 20somthing buddies. I love chocolate and carbs too! I'm trying to replace one meal everyday with a salad or something other then carbs but i am VERY unsuccessfully at it. It's not working at all, so maybe I'll do 3 times per week without the bread/carbs. But it's hard 'cause they are soooo good amd i have my husband that isen't on a diet at all but it it is hardwith and without him around. Maybe we'll have to SP each other and vent when we have cravings rather than indulging... I don't have a page yet but i do track my food and fitness every day. Maybe we can keep each other stay on track... Okay and now this quick hello and welcome has become really much longer then that. Wow. I logged in to just to say hi and welcome and now I wrote you a long letter. have a great day... :0 Oh well! :)
