My wonderful little dog, Kit Carson. Unfortunately we lost him this winter to soft tissue cancer.

Setting a new goal - intended to lose 7 lbs. in the next 4 weeks. I've been kind of lazy lately on fitness. About 2 months ago my youngest daughter and three of her children have moved in - try being 65 and have 4 people move in with you and your husband (who is ill) - Children age 12, 11 and 2 - but we needed to take them in- and things are progressing well in their lives so they can be independent and do well in life - Yes- it is a major inconvenience--but they are so worth it. Couldn't possibly do anything differently than what we have done. For example, the two oldest boys were taking medicine to help them focus and not be so wild in school - at the new school they asked that the boys try not taking the medicine for a month. The month was up yesterday and the school called to say the boys have been adapting well and they believe that it was their chaotic environment in their last location that led to the need for medicine - they are settling right down and doing okay in school - so ---no more medicine! We have definitely seen a difference in them at home - they've gone from discussing "If one of us boys cuts the other boy's head off, whose insurance will pay for it?" to being considerate and kind to each other (much of the time). There are still some hiccoughs - but yes, we can see we needed to help this family.

Hi Lizzie (is that your name?): I just made you a friend. I saw the art site on somebody else's page and then saw your page. I like your work very much and your philosophy. Like somebody else on the site, I guess I have to call myself "an art supply collector". I'm hoping you and others will help inspire me. Also, I'm interested in the Virtual Art Academy. Do you find it worth while? I am already paying for a gym membership that I'm not using and a few other things so must be careful what I join! Have a great day!

Hi Lizzie, just wanted to let you know I left the team we both belonged to. Didnt quite seem to be what I was looking for.

Just wanted to keep in touch because Spark is a great place to make friends and find support with many wonderful teams.

Hugs Wispy
