My name is Elizabeth, but you can call me Lizzie. I am from Middletown, DE and I came to sparkpeople in April 2011 to help me lose weight. I had lost 30lbs using sparkpeople!

Since I joined, I got a FT job and gained back 30lbs...then I dropped down to working PT so I can lose the weight and lost 32lbs. During this weight loss journey, I got pregnant! My son is now 6 months old...and I gained 10lbs back ...

My Goals:
I want to try to lose 2lbs a week. Since I started working out again (1/27/14) I lost 2lbs. If I lose 2lbs a week, thats almost 8lbs a month. I want to try to be in my 160s by summer time :)

My Program:
My exercise regimen is:

Eat less and move more!

Sticking between 1200-1500 calories a day and running 2-3miles 4-5 times a week.



Personal Information:
I currently live in Middletown, Delaware with my husband, Josh (Joshua730) & we just had a baby boy! He is now 6 months old :)

Ok, sounds like a good plan! If you ever did want to meet up at Planet fitness in Newark just let me know. I have a full membership that allows me to bring guests for free. emoticon

They really should put one in Middletown though! It's a great gym and at $10 a month it's a steal!

Hey Liz! Married life is pretty great, nothing really changed...still best friends and enjoying life! I would love to meet up. I'm really not a runner but I can walk fast! lol When the weather gets warmer, let me know when you want to meet up! I am sooo ready for spring after all of this snow!

I know! It's hard to believe that I am the lowest I have ever been! I am confident that you will meet you goal! As the days are getting cooler, it's perfect walking weather! We should definitely meet up at the park!
