My goal is to loose 120 pounds and to be a fit mom, wife, and daughter.
My goals for now is to maintain a weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week. I have cut my calories down to 1500 calories or less a day. I do not go under 1000 calories a day. I drink 80 ounces of fluid a day. I have added fruits and veggies to my diet.
I am from a small town..the kind that everyone knows you. I live way out in the middle of no where...but I love it. I am developing a taste for healthy food. I am actually craving fruits and veggies. I never thought I would say that..lol
I was getting to the point of not being able to get out of bed. I had given up on life. I have been fighting back. Since then, I have been learning, I have strenght that I did not know I had. I even run some, and that is hugh considering that a month a go..I was pretty much living in my bed...I know you can find new strenght also...just take it one day at a time..:)
