Lizzie,
Thank you so much for adding me as your friend. I have added you also. Spark has some wonderful exercise you can do from the chair and they have exercises for the disabled. If you have trouble finding it let me know. I started out with them because I have knee problems. I hope to hear from you often. I have to admit that all my duties I very rarely reach out first but I do respond and I will help if you need me.
