I'm in my early 30's. I have put on 30 pounds since my early 20's and I'm looking to lose that weight. I want to feel stronger, be healthier, and look toned. One of my goals is to be able to go swimming with my kids at a public pool and not be embarrassed in my swim suit. I am married, mom to 2 boys, full time job, and a full time student working on my Master's degree. I'm trying to figure out how to juggle all that and find time to stay healthy. My Goals:
My goal is to be down to 155 by the end of the year. Next year I want to lose the last 10 pounds. 145 is as low as I want to go. I'm 5'8 3/4" so 145 is a pretty low weight for me. I weighed 135 when I was 18 but I know from past experience, that is not a realistic weight for me as full grown adult woman.

My Program:
I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred every day for 30 days. I also add extra cardio when I can and I try to do Jillian Michael's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism & No More Trouble Zones workouts also. I try to follow Spark's daily calorie limits. I log my food. I'm also trying to incorporate healthier foods like whole grains, fruits, and veggies into my diet. I'm not very good with extreme changes or really restrictive diets so I'm trying to make slow changes here.

Hi!

I saw your post on the Kundalini Yoga page. I started doing it about a month ago and am loving it. I'm also a member of Jillians 30 Day Shred group, but I haven't been shredding in a while.

Hi there!

The time has come for our Fall Challenge at The Biggest Loser Workout Club! Get ready for some fun workouts, yummy food, and helpful tips because our Fall Challenge starts in t-minus three (3) days!

PURPOSE:
I have created this challenge in hopes of motivating our members to stay healthy and active during this Fall season.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
I feel that our last team challenge was a big hit, so I'm going to go ahead and keep the layout for the challenge, with a few tweaks here and there:

Wednesday will be our weigh in day, and each week we will post our numbers in a designated spot. There will also be a spreadsheet that I will compile so you can see everyone's progress. Here, I will set it up by teams with the individual members of the team listed as well.

The person and team who loses the most percentage of weight loss for that week is The Biggest Loser for that week!
