Biggest Loser Black Panthers Fit & Fabulous for Fall Challenge is MY time to get back on track!

I'm 33 years old. I have 3 children: 1 son in middle school, 1 son in elementary school and a pre-K aged daughter whom I'm home-schooling. I'm happily married to a wonderful man (abiggidy) who is also eating healthy and getting fit. We both drink at least a gallon of water a day. We both get in at least an hour of fitness every day. He's average size and I'm almost there! I've lost 120 lbs so far and have at least 40 more lbs to go and then want to maintain while still getting rid of body ...

I've already overcome depression/bipolar! Med-free for 2.5 years already!!! It is absolutely true that what you eat affects how you feel!!! The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever!!! Through Him, I can do this! Baby steps all the way works for me!

My Goals:
I aim to be a healthier me...choose better foods, get more fitness...don't go back to my old ways!

2012: Lost 40 lbs
2013: Lost 51 lbs
2014: Lost 23 lbs
2015: Whatever will be, will be.


My Program:
Get at least an hour of fitness per day.

Make healthier choices as to what I eat and drink, and make sure I eat the right portion sizes.

As I lose more weight, I will add more strengthening/toning exercises. Also, I'll try adding more fitness videos from sparkpeople.com.

I live in Michigan. I have a page on Facebook called: Baby Steps to a Brand New Me. I have a blog by the same title, but barely update therefore I created the FB page. Other Information:
I love praise and worship music. I only listen to any kind of Christian music. I read Christian books. I read Christian based self help books, especially Joyce Meyer and Max Lucado books. I love Christian romance books. Love Inspired books are my favorite because they are really easy to read and I can read one and a half a day if I'm not doing anything that day. Not that I've read that much lately...
