I'm 35 years old. I have 3 children: 1 son in 9th grade (public school), 1 son in 7th grade and 1 girl in 1st grade (I'll be homeschooling these two). I'm happily married to a wonderful man (abiggidy) who is also eating healthy and getting fit. I've lost over 100 lbs so far and have about 60+ more lbs to go and then want to maintain while still getting rid of body fat and gaining muscle. In this journey to wellness, I've overcome depression/bipolar that I've had since I was 8 yrs old! I've been med-free since Spring 2013 and only take natural supplements!! I've never been happier or felt more alive! It is absolutely true that what you eat affects how you feel!!! The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever!!! Through Him, I can do this! Baby steps all the way works for me!

2015: Gained 8 lbs.

2017: whatever will be will be....

My Program:
Eat clean, be active, choose JOY--Jesus first, Others second, Yourself (myself) last....
I'm trying to stick with clean food 90% of the time. It's difficult.

Other Information:
I love praise and worship music. I only listen to any kind of Christian music. I read Christian books. I read Christian based self help books, especially Joyce Meyer and Max Lucado books. I love Christian romance books. Love Inspired books are my favorite because they are really easy to read and I can read one and a half a day if I'm not doing anything that day. I'm a member of this website called Good Reads. I'm in a book challenge. I want to read 52 books this year. I'm ahead of schedule.

    If you are pressed for time, a good way to get it done is to go to the Random.Org Dice Roller from the Link in the Challenge. Roll the dice 20 times for Fitness and 20 times for Nutrition.

    Write the dice numbers down, or add them to a word document, or in the challenge post you start.

    Then follow the board and add each task you land on, to the list.

    For each one you finish, mark it off with an emoticon, this way you know how to plan and fit it all in by Tuesday night.

    Some tasks take a little time, so don’t leave it to the last minute.
