You're quite welcome! I haven't been on Spark as much as I've wanted to be this week... but I'm trying :)

So far so good here overall though! It's been a busy week, and I've been nursing a foot injury (that thankfully seems to be healing up nicely!) so I should be back to my old self in no time :)

Hope things are going well for you also!

Hooray for C25K!! You can totally do it :D

My running progress has slowed a bit, but only because I do my walking/running at lunch, and have had to take shorter lunch breaks the past few weeks for appointments :P Soon I'll be back to it though! :)
