Time to take care of business..

I'm a busy college students struggling to stay active and eat healthy. For exercise I like Yoga, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, and some dancing. I want to lose 35 pounds in the next few months. I wanted to start out with a reasonable goal and see where I can go from there =)

I am looking to make a support network on here so shoot me a message if you want to chat.

My Goals:
-Feel good naked
-Not worried about the actual scale numbers, as much as how I FEEL. And I'm shooting for feeling confident in my curves!

My Program:
This term I registered for 2 dance classes (Country Western {Figured I'd give it a shot} and Salsa. Also signed up for a Cardio Combo class. My goal is to cook at least one meal a day for myself so that I won't eat unhealthy cafeteria food. AndI am hoping that this website will help me stay committed to eating healthy--I have a sweet tooth the size of Texas.

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
