I never give up on my fitness goals, even if I have to start over every couple of months. I have been a beginning runner for over 20 years. I am going to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have one school year left. I am enjoying tracking my nutrition and exercise with the spark tools.

My Goals:
I am working towards losing 12 lbs. with the goal of being light enough to enjoy running. I also am working on strength and general flexibility so I can be ready to do anything I want.
My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition. I am working on a 50 push-up progression from wall to floor. I go walking 5 miles, 4-5 times per week. I also am trying some running.
Other Information:
