It is finally MY turn!!!
I have been loosing weight for quite awhile and am 10 pounds away from loosing 100 pounds!!! So I guess I've lost 90 pounds.
My thyroid didn't work well for most of my life and is now gone. I do attribute my obesity to my thyroid problems. Although I am definitely an emotional eater.
I've taken care of my children, mom, husband, extended family, friends and now, FINALLY, I am taking care of me.

I am following an old Weight Watchers plan - using points. I've lost 69 pounds in the last 21 months. I use portion control as well as low fat, low calorie food choices. I CAN & DO eat whatever I want - just not EVERYTHING I want!
