Creeping Poundage

My weight is creeping back up. I dropped my Weight Watchers membership -- I was spending money, but not following the program. It was just one more failure experience for me. I simply do not fit in with those people, much as I would like to. I am going to use the Spark system instead and see if I can improve my program with it.

Just because it didn't work for you, doesn't make you a failure. You successfully found a way that doesn't work for you. Thomas Edison did not fail to invent the light bulb a thousand times; he just found a thousand ways not to.
