Hi there! My name is Lizzy, and I've just recently turned 30. A major milestone in anyone's life, and I'm looking forward to what looks to be an interesting time for sure. My goals are to lose 20 lbs, and be at my goal weight of 140-145 by next summer, in time for what I'm hoping will be my autumn wedding, '13, or spring '14. :)

My Goals:
-Lose those pesky 15 lbs that have been hanging on for too long. -Feel better about my body
My Program:
-Eating 1300-1500 calories a day -Attempting 30 mins of cardio a day, strength training upper & lower at least 2 days
Personal Information:
I live and play in Northern California, literally from the mountain, to the prairies, to the oceans- I live in San Francisco part time, and Gold Country area part time, with my playtime being in Tahoe (West Shore is the best shore)
