Hey There! Well I recently had an MRI on my hip/back area. I have a slightly buldging disk. The dr told me I needed to loose 30lbs which I've wanted to do for a LONG time. I'm tierd of not being able to walk by the end of the week because of the pain. So it's time to get this weight off!

My Program:
I started counting calories on the menu tracker and am trying to eat the right portion. I'm also going to try to get to the YMCA to swim. With a back injury, it's about all I can do right now.
