Lets try this again!
This is my second go-round with Spark People. Just got totallly overwhelmed last time trying to do too much here with too too much going on with life. But I gained SOOO much since last summer that I know I need the accountability this site gives me. So I'm not going to try to be posting, responding, and doing all the Spark People activities. Will do what I can, when I can - so if you contact me and I don't reply, its not about you, but about budgeting my time. The ...
This is my second go-round with Spark People. Just got totallly overwhelmed last time trying to do too much here with too too much going on with life. But I gained SOOO much since last summer that I know I need the accountability this site gives me. So I'm not going to try to be posting, responding, and doing all the Spark People activities. Will do what I can, when I can - so if you contact me and I don't reply, its not about you, but about budgeting my time. The fitness and nutrition trackers, and this blog are my accountability; and I desperately need them! In October of 2009 my SO and I are hosting a major event with our car club here in AZ and have about 400 members joining us. Last thing I want to see in photos of this event - all over the internet, in the club publications, is a blimpo rolling about!! I"m months away from turning 60, have some Osteoarthritis, and some nerve issues with Bells Palsy, Morton's Neuroma, and other similar problems in parts of my body. Escess weight is not doing me any favors! So I will mumble, whine, and pant my way thru this blog as I get back into an exercise program, eating program, and deal with my issues. ANd I know thru all that, there will be Spark People cheering me on and giving me the appropriate Kick In The Butt when I need it. So thanks in advance!
