My Doctor highly recommended Sugar Busters, a low- glycemic, high-fiber, low-fat diet 8 years ago. I've lost 40 pounds. I try to eat clean and avoid all processed foods and any foods with more than 3 grams of refined sugar. When I'm successful, I feel wonderful! I walk every day.
I'm 72 and retired and live with my husband of 51 years and 11 yr old Collie . We have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
I love to garden, read, knit, needlepoint and walk. I meditate every day.
