I want to be able to walk 3 miles without stopping.

My Doctor suggested a high fiber, low fat, low sugar diet 7 years ago. I've lost 40 pounds. I try not to eat and processed food with more than 3 grams of refined sugar. When I'm successful, I feel wonderful! I walk every day.
I'm 71 and retired and live with my husband of 50 years and 10 yr old Collie . We have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
I love to garden, read, knit, needlepoint and walk. I meditate every day.
