    I know its frustrating!! That's been me lately too! But try to let go of that frustration as fast as you can, look over what you've done since you weighed last and make small changes... I generally find its just that I eat too much of what I shouldn't eat on the weekends...WEEKENDS kill me!!! So, I try, try, try again!

    You can do it.... you are getting so close to that milestone. you can do it, you can do it!!!!

    I'm from Springfield too! I just started Spark People and am looking for motivation and inspiration to continue losing pesky pounds that have joined me over the past 10 years! Those pounds are NOT my friends! I'm in my 40's as well and its not as easy at this age to get it done!!
