Hitting rock bottom hasn't come yet. I have been kicked of a ride because I didn't fit...I have pain in my joints, retain water like crazy and feel like sleeping most of the time. Yet I still haven't found the skill to push myself. I am going try something new. Not go full force all at once. I am going to take it day by day. I am one who goes full force with everything but it only last a week maybe. I burn myself out with to much at once. So today I am focusing on today. Not tomorrow or a year from now. I am going to do my best today to be the healthiest and a better me for today.
