Say Nevermore

This is not my first time on SparkPeople, although it has been a couple of years since my last visit. It went fairly well then--lost 50lbs--although I didn't reach my larger goal of getting below 200lbs. Now, I've gained a bit of the weight back, but losing that 50 would get me below that benchmark, this time, so I'm here to do it!

I also have been following SP for a few years and I don't seem to be able to catch up with it emoticon .
This time, I join the SP Team and hope to do better!
45 lbs to go , but so that I do not scare myself, I am going to go by 1 to 2 pound /week . Walking is for the time being my activity of choice, and I have a good companion for it: My neighbourg'dog, he his like me ( far too round,and arthritic. We form a good pair , however I'll be very upset if he looses faster than me....... I don't take failure lightly.
