Staying consistent-----no starting over!

Hi - my name is Liz. My goal is to lose at least 60 lbs. I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life.
My biggest problem is consistency or lack thereof. Enough is enough! I'm tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see! I am determined to follow through and reach my fitness goals!

Update 4/1/14--- I joined the Spring 5% Challenge! I am really enjoying these challenges. This will be my fourth! They help to keep me accountable and consistent ...

Update 4/1/14--- I joined the Spring 5% Challenge! I am really enjoying these challenges. This will be my fourth! They help to keep me accountable and consistent with the assigned tasks.
I will continue to walk daily for a minimum of 15 mins. I will continue to workout in the mornings 5-6 days a week - a mix of cardio and strength training.
I will eat within my calorie range and work on being more consistent with tracking my meals. I will post my daily exercise and activities and weigh in every week. I will do my best to check in with my team, read blogs, and comment.

Current Status:
LIZ324_NYC It looks like Old Man Winter is not done with us! He refuses to leave.....Ugh! Can't wait to get on that plane to FL next week!!
