Staying consistent-----no starting over!

Hi - my name is Liz. My goal is to lose at least 60 lbs. I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life.
My biggest problem is consistency or lack thereof. Enough is enough! I'm tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see! I am determined to follow through and reach my fitness goals! I
I have dropped a little over 30 pounds and managed to keep it off over the last 4 months. Now I'm working on the next 30!

Update 6/19/14--- I joined the Summer 5% Challenge!
I will continue to walk daily for a minimum of 15 mins work towards achieving 80,000 steps a week. I will continue to workout in the mornings 5-6 days a week - a mix of cardio and strength training.

I will eat within my calorie range and work on being consistent with tracking my meals. I will post my daily exercise and activities and weigh in every week. I will make every effort to check in with my team, read blogs, and comment.
