I found out burning 500 calories a day isn't as hard as it sounds, even with fibro. I have a kitchen timer that counts up. Everytime I walk in place or do slides I put the timer on. I try to go for at least 10 minutes at a time. Then, at the end of the day that gets inputed on the fitness tracker. It will tell you the amound of calories you've burned. (fairly new discovery for me!)
You would be surprised how fast those calories can be burned!
Thanks for the accountability! I do need it. Last night, I remembered the counter push-ups, and this reminds me to do them again before bed (haha). I've been getting 5-10 minutes of movement every day this week except Monday. How are you doing? Blessings, Jenni 1671 days ago

It is hard some days to move, let alone exercise. It's hard not to know when out of the blue the fibro monster embraces you with a flare. We just need to plug along. My flares don't seem to come as often or as intense the better my eating habits become. I hope it will be the same for you.
