Trying to keep it up...

I've been back and forth to this site for years now... Whenever I feel like I'm letting healthy eating elude me, I come back. The culprit this time? Laziness. Laziness & school lunches! I'm a high school teacher, and eating in the cafeteria is just so darn easy. At 5'6" and 131, I'm not overweight, mainly because I lead an active lifestyle. I'm currently training for my first triathlon of the year. I did two last year, and I regularly run 5Ks. Oh, and I coach a high school swim team, so I ...

My Goals:
I started this a year ago. I'd had a rough winter. Gained 10 pounds, had surgery, yuck. I lost that weight, ran a 5K, and changed careers to something I love.

Now, I'm back. Time to re-establish some of those good habits and lose a couple of pounds...

My Program:
1300-1600 calories/day

some level of activity every day
