Thank you for the goodie. I enjoy your friendship. I know what it is like to not sleep due to pain, then taking a nap and not being able to sleep at night. It is like a vicious circle. The best advice I can give you is try not to let it get you down. Just remember that the good thing is that you don't have to get up and go to work. But I know sometimes it messes up the next day because you go to bed in the morning later n, or take a nap instead of being awake and doing things. I have been up al night today. I went to bed around 10:00 which is very early for me, However, I woke up around 2:00. The good thing is that this pattern is not from stress of any sort, it is the result of pain, and sometimes just being spiritually attacked. Messing up my sleep is an easy way for the devil to get at me. God always comes around and fixes my sleep pattern sooner or later, s I don't stress about it when it happens.
