My Goals:
New Year-New Goals To put God first in my life where He belongs and live my life the way He wants me to. Daily Bible Reading and prayer time. To begin anew to live a healthy lifestyle. To get a good night's sleep on a consistent basis. Keep my priorities in order. To return to a simple lifestyle. Immediate weight loss goals: Lose weight I gained in the past year, 5 lbs at at time. Secondary goals: Lose up to 25+ lbs before my son's wedding in July.
My Program:
Get a good night's sleep and track the progress. Stay on my low sodium, low protein dietary restrictions and keep at the low end of my calorie goals. Start exercising again, working in some cardio each day and then adding some strength exercises. Start small and increase as time goes on. Find fun and new ways to keep active .

My name is Sue. I am 58 years old and live in Washington State. I have been married for 34 years, have four adult sons and one teenage daughter.. At last count our pets included two cats and a puppy. I am also a home school mom of 27 years and am currently home schooling the youngest of my children, my daughter.
