My New Life

My goal for 2014 Was simple to become healthy and get fit. So hopefully I can would become pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy in the next year.

Fast forward To April 29 2015 my whole life changed I gave birth to my Baby Boy.

I rejoined sparks May 2015. But soon found it was to soon to try to focus on anything besides learning to be a mother.

I started focusing on working out and watching what I ate in September. Now that it's a new year I want to ...

I started focusing on working out and watching what I ate in September. Now that it's a new year I want to make this the best year, I want to be healthy for my son, I want to be strong and be able to keep up with him.

This time I'm not making a goal to lose weight by any date, it will happen when it happens. I don't care what I weight, I just want to be healthy.

I have the support of a wonderful husband, we I have 2 very loving and sweet four-legged babies a cat Cyrius and a Dog Lexie.

Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.
