I spent my 20's Overweight I will not spend my 30's the same way.
I do not want to spend a day in my 30's unhealthy. I will be 30 on Nov 29, 2013. I 'm determined to be at a healthy weight by than and stay there. I haven't always been over weight I didn't start gaining until I was 24. Before that I was in a healthy weight range but I've never been fit which is what I want now. In the last 6 years my weight as been between 195-250 never dropping lower than 195. ...

I'm Married to a wonderful man, we I have 2 four-legged babies a cat ( O' Cyrius) and my workout partner Lexie (Our Dog).
