My Goals:
Work on muscle toning. Drop a couple of extra lbs. Stop being so hard on myself. Raise a healthy, fitness crazed family.
My Program:
Eat a ton of veggies from all colors of the rainbow. Cut out fast food. Exercise 4-5 days a week.
Other Information:
I have a love/hate relationship with exercise. I love how I feel after I excercise but I hate having to exercise! For me, it's the only way to take off and keep off the pounds!
