My goals are to meet my incentive plan for work. I want to do this to 1. feel better about the way I look, 2. be a strong example for my daughter and 3. live long enough that I can be a grand parent and enjoy it 4. so that I can perform better.
I am trying to dance a little everyday. I would like to incorporate P90X into my life again. I want to utilize the YMCA. I don't have much of a plan that I am dedicated to yet, but I'm getting there!!!
Thanks for commenting on my blog. You have exactly highlighted my problem: WHY WOULD ANYONE START? It doesn't make sense! Sure, once you've started smoking, quitting sucks and you can't unless you really want to, but why start in the first place?
