um I just googled "eat stop eat" and "fast 5" to find my information. There are sparkteams for both of them too. :)

Hi,
Eat stop eat basically tells you to eat when you feel that you are hungry, rather than by the clock or anything, it also says you should have 2x 24hr periods of not eating, I myself can't really do that long so I've started doing similar to fast 5 which is where people only eat for 5hrs of the day, whichever 5 hours suits your body best, I'm finding i'm getting good results and finding it way easier to stay in my calorie limit, my "window" of eating is more like 1pm-8pm though due to work lunch breaks and time to get home from work to cook dinner.
