The never ending battle continues!
So if you can't tell by my name, I love hard rock and metal music! Have been obsessed with vampires ever since I saw Monster Squad and well Living Dead Girl is just my favorite song. I am currently residing in central Florida but was born and raised in Massachusetts and a true blue New Englander. I miss seasons and snow!!! Also can't root for any other teams than New England teams. I'm not religious at all, more spiritual than anything else. If I ever do choose a religion to follow ...
If I ever do choose a religion to follow and practice it would most likely be Wicca, but for now I'm just going to stick to my agnostic ways. I'm also the proud parent of the cutest happiest 4 legged furbaby named Hally. Yes I am one of those people who see their dog as their child. I spoil her as much as I can like any good parent would and she just loves playing dress up. She really does! April 2013 addition: I joined Spark back in May 2009 and I am now not just heavier then when I joined but at the heaviest I have ever been. I have been dealing and fighting depression and inner demons since I was 7 and didn't have weight problems until I was 16. From then on it just seems like its been a never ending battle. Something has got to give, I need to stop giving up and getting off track, this is not living! I want to start exercising but I have to be careful. Since I was 5 I've had moderate to sever exercise induced asthma. I'm currently unemployed and have no health insurance and really cannot afford my medicines, so I am trying to stretch them out as much as I can. In regards to exercise, I would love to start exercising, I actually love aerobics but I'm scared to exercise because I know I would be dependent on my inhaler. With that said I am going to try to get into low impact slow cardio. It may not do a whole lot for weight loss and calorie burn but something has got to be better than nothing, right? I know I need to get some fitness goals together but right now lacking the energy and motivation to do so. The big goal right now is to get down to a size where I can go to theme parks with my nephew and actually be able to ride the rides. Right now I don't fit in the seats. My non-weight loss non-fitness goal currently is to try and eat all natural foods. Foods free of unnatural preservatives, artificial ingredients, and GMO's (genetically modified organisms.) Another goal is to become a flexetarian. Someone who is a part-time vegetarian and eats meat only about 3 times a week. It's going to be hard for me because I am such a carnivore but I do love most vegetables just not sure how to make meals with them and sans meat except for pasta, soup and quiche.
