Although a roller coaster is filled with ups and downs, overall it's fun. Hang on tight and go for it with an open mind and positive attitude! God will bring you up from the low places and show you greater highs than what you can imagine!

My Goals:
Live life to it's fullest, lose a few pounds, be as healthy as possible and laugh often!!!

I finally lost 5#!!

Update 9/29/11
15# down!!! Took 1 yr., but better yet, down 4 pant sizes!!!!!

Oops! Up 10# Back to the basics and tracking food and increase cardio!

5/11/13 Started using Shakeology and am even healthier and slowly getting to my final goal! Only 10 more to go!

6/1/13 Lost another 5 pounds! Only 5 more to go!

9/1/13 Lost another 10 pounds! Now I am where I am supposed to be for my height! Success took time, but well worth it!


My Program:
Log in often.

Keep calories down by limiting chocolate and increasing fruits and veggies.

Work on drinking more water and getting more consistent sleep.

Exercise with friends several times a week and encourage others to join!

I am a Christian, live in a rural area of SW Wisconsin. I have been married for 30+ years, am a mother of three adult daughters that are beautiful inside and out. I work full-time as a school library assistant; I also do formal sewing alterations; teach Zumba Fitness 4 days/week; and am a Beachbody coach.

    Thanks for your comments about Zumba. I live in a very small town and they don't have classes. I would have to go at least an hour to class. I did buy a DVD and eventually I will try again.

    thanks for the comment on my blog. Yes, we set up a time. Sunday night. I also text him every evening and he gets right back to me. (unlike when he was living at home) I am adjusting well. My husband, on the other hand, is not. He talks to him on the phone every day. But my son doesn't seem to mind.
