Life is a roller coaster ride!

Although a roller coaster is filled with ups and downs, overall it's fun. Hang on tight and go for it with an open mind and positive attitude! God will bring you up from the low places and show you greater highs than what you can imagine!

Zumba Fitness is my new passion!!! I took the plunge and became an instructor!!! I now get Zumba highs on a regular basis!!! I am hooked!!!

I recommend Zumba Fitness and Spark People to anyone that will listen. Spark Friends are ...

Thank you for your support and comment on my blog. I do appreciate it. Yes, just tracking my foods will make a big difference, and trying out new recipes from South Beach Diet should help tremendously. Hopefully maybe one day I'll be able to go vegan but that's still up in the air. Old habits die hard! emoticon

Just wanted to thank you for your support on the Zumba Instructors page. I had been looking for a ride to get to a Zumba Gold training, and although you were too far away to share a ride with, you were able to offer some kind words and suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. I was able to finally find a way to get to the training, got up at 3AM to catch a ride with someone. Of course, since the trip itself was only 3 hours, I was at the location a bit early, but the woman dropped me off at a nearby bagel shop and I spent a couple of hours having coffee and a bagel and listening to my ipod (choreographing a Zumba tune of course!). Then walked over to the training. LOVED the Gold training!!! After the long day was over, I had to hike about a mile down the road to wait for the other driver who was giving me a ride home. Found a bench in the sunshine and had a nice interlude resting and marvelling at the way the late-day sunshine was warming my weary muscles and observing the emerging signs of spring all around me, I am truly blessed. Got home very late, exhausted but happy that I have a new skill to develop. Again, thanks for your kindness!! emoticon emoticon

Thank you for visiting my blog and posting wisdom and encouragement. I'm feeling better, altho still a long way to go, I'm confident I will get there. I'll google info about shakeology, sounds interesting.

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Yes, I think it was my hubby's wish for his daughter to be happy in this way of being able to have a child. It's so odd though because even though my hubby was the eldest and one of five children, he really looked down on people who had that many children. Why? Even when I asked him that question, I never got an answer from him. To this day I have no clue. Hubby was not the norm that's for sure. emoticon
