My Goals:
Wow.... met them all. Time for some new ones in 2012.
Goal #1: To reach 173#s...DONE (163#)
Goal #2: Establish myself as the Fall Prevention Lady,
I've learned this is a work in progress. Continually planting seeds. :)
Goal#3: Get back into grad school. DONE!
Goal#4: Go to casting call for Sports/Fitness models. DONE. LOL.
Goal#5: Transist from Personal Trainer to Health Educator/Fall Prevention expert. Once a trainer, always a trainer. :)

2009 looks like this:
1. Transform body 10 pounds once and for all. (DONE).
2. Surround myself with positive people.
3. Get out of my comfort zone daily. Get out and about.
4. Succeed.

2010...
Time to win in 10.
1. Finish TR internship (DONE)
2. Take NCTRC exam and pass= be a nationally certified CTRS (DONE)
3. Complete research study with 60 participants (30 in study)
4. Finish thesis (DONE)
5. TV coverage doing my presentations for Stand Up to F

My Program:
SMALL PORTIONS.
PREPARE.
WORKOUT.
DRINK WATER.

Praise the Lord.


Personal Information:
43 years young and getting wiser each day.
FINISHED graduate studies at CSUS with Specialized Master of Science in Therapeutic Aging (Therapeutic Recreation/Gerontology) and am now a CTRS.

I am healthy, happy and extremely blessed. I do not have a big family but adore the family I have. I am very focused on achieving my goals...
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you..."


Other Information:
I am a strong Christian lady who is dedicated to serving the Lord and becoming everything He intended me to be.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. These are excellent resources that will help keep you on the path you've chosen. Come on... let's get healthy TOGETHER!!! Together WE can do anything! Welcome to The Chair Exercise Team!!!
We are an active and friendly team and love our exercise .. we not only cater for disabilities, a lot of our members just love the chair exercise and the camaraderie of this team.
We are here to help you to realise your dream of fitness and health in fact, we encourage exercise of some sort or another.
This help to keep the heart rate up and the blood flowing through our bodies.
We also encourage our members to look after their Nutrition.
We have several challenges going on and heaps of fun thing to do!

The FAB is intended for people who are higher functioning and may not consider themselves at risk of falling....perfect for you!
You did EXCELLENT and I have Levels 1 &2 of your DVD series. 3 is on the way. Contact me if want more explanation of the results.

I received my assessment and learned a lot about myself. My idea of where I 'thought' I was is not quite what it really is. There is work to be done and I am ready. Thanks for all that you do. Keep up the good work.

Now that I'm approaching middle age I am appalled at the lack of fitness shape the retired folk are in. I truly admire the work you do. Realize you not only are doing something that is fun for you but very important to others maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
