mid 40's in louisiana

I am 46 and have been on a quest to get fit and enjoy life. I started with this in the summer of 2009 and have lost about 50 lbs through change in eating habits and adding 20 to 30 minutes of exercise a few days a week. I started with walking the neighborhood and have since come to love my eliptical trainer and riding my bike when weather permits. I would love to just keep up the quest and lose a little more weight to flatten the stomach. My worst problem is when we travel even on weekend, ...

My Goals:
I am 5' 4". I started this lifestyle change in may 2009 when I reached my max weight of 180. I am now at 125 and have want to maintain this weight and keep up the healthy eating and exercising at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes daily.

My Program:
I started my program with walking about 4 days weekly for 30 to 40 minutes. I bought an eliptical machine and did 20 to 30 minutes per day 4 to 5 days if I wasn't walking. I have now moved to jogging for 30 minutes 4 to 5 days and alternating with eliptical. I try to keep the calories 1500 to 1700 daily.
