Hi All, I'm Amber! I originally joined Sparkpeople to lose weight and have the confidence to make some much needed changes in my life! Hi All, I'm Amber! I originally joined Sparkpeople to lose weight and have the confidence to make some much needed changes in my life! Exercise Goals
1. Exercise at least 30 mins 3-4 times a week
2. I want to be able to do 20 reg push ups correctly
3. I want to be able to run on the treadmill for at least 20 mins
4. I want to run a 5K by the end of 2013

Personal
1. I want to be able to really feel comfortable in my own skin.
2. I want to be in the healthy range for my BMI before I have my first child
3. I want to be able to control my stress level and have more energy
4. I want to be able to walk into a room and feel confident doing so

I like this relationship; we don't have to check in everyday, but I do think of you when I get ready to exercise ! Thanks for bein here and congrats on eating 1/2 your dinner. I wonder if that's the "shrinking stomach" theory ? Have a great Sunday and we'll talk this week !
