There's NO Comfort in being UNhealthy!

I'VE BEEN A SPARK MEMBER SINCE 2008 !!!!

AND... I have YET to reach my goal.

Not because the tools and the support were not available

to me, BUT I just have a problem with being consistent.

I've ALWAYS got some excuse, like I'll start tomorrow.

WELL, tomorrow has come and gone many times over....

I can no longer be comfortable with being Unhealthy!!!!

I am going to do this......

Thank you for checking in on my web page. I'm doing great. I'm sort of doing what I've done in the past when I need to change habits - taking it at a pace I think I can "keep up for life." I'm back to working out on the eliptical and lifting weights 3 days a week. I like to take a long walk a couple of days, too, but we've had a huge fire nearby, so it depends on the air quality.

Healthy eating is going good. With much less junk, my energy is so much better - steady.

This feels more like a lifestyle change than changes just to help me lose weight.

I hope you are having a great week, and enjoying summer!
