I know you have it within your self to do this. I started by making small changes. After I succeeded in those changes, I made bigger changes. I made sure to make each one small so I could build on my successes. It turned into a lifestyle change, so losing weight began to feel magical.
I started with small exercise, small diet changes, and it didn't feel so awful. And when I felt hungry, I ate a bit more, so I didn't feel deprived. Start small, work up. I believe in you! 1686 days ago

About half of them describe me - over 120 to lose, high school teacher, love the Lord, yoyo with the weight, hate exercise but know it works. Glad to read from someone with similar struggles.
