No more excuses!

I have shed 36 lbs. over the past few years. I still have 110 lbs to go. It's now move it or lose it time!!! Getting too old for this flabby stuff. No pain, no gain! Actually it's all pain and stiffness at this point. I must shed the weight or die young. No more excuses! Movement & determination = muscle!!!

Yeah, the holiday season makes it harder to stay on track, but its not impossible. Just means we have to work harder than ever! I have actually started a private challenge team with the focus to stay on track and try to make progress through the holidays. If you'd like to join, let me know.
