Come on, FALL!

Hi. Seems like I've been on one diet or another for most of my life. I am always going up the scale or down the scale. My ultimate goal is to be at a reasonable weight and learn how to STAY there !! I need HELP on developing strength and muscles!! My highest weight was 260....I feel left with a lot of flab- ugh!

1. lose weight- 10 pounds
a.commit to BLC 25 BIGTIME
do TNT trying to develop some (any) muscles! Explore exercise class when in So Cal
b. Stick to low carb eating-but healthier- start eating veggies (3 per day)
c. reduce fake sugar and caffeine by cutting diet soda to 3 a day for starters
My secret goal would be to jog a 5K(one of the colored ones-they look like such fun) but I am scared to commit. I DID it!!!!

No, I've never been to Donut Man. I've never been a huge fan of donuts so have never really sought them out. But, yes, that was an evil question!! emoticon

emoticon I was a huge diet pepsi drinker and now can't touch the stuff. My issue is the snacks on the weekends. I am trying not to have the weekends mess me up.

I cleaned and scrubbed and my two year old messed. I washed the floor where she eats but it is dirty again. But...I did try.

I am a T Tiger! Been doing great up until this weekend, gained back almost a pound over the weekend but I am back to eating right. I still haven't gotten back into the swing things since vacation but I am getting there.

Congrats on joining a gym! There isn't may gyms around here that I can afford, and the ones I can afford are the ones everyone else can afford so it gets to crowded. I cancelled my membership about 2 months ago. Figured I never go because there are so many people there, so I am paying them just to be open if I happen to get there lol Glad that you are having fun with it!

The only rescue I have made recently was my cats... 3 of the 4 happened to get out at 4:30 in the morning. Good thing my husband was on the couch half awake or they may have been gone by the time I got up the next morning emoticon
