I'm a (slightly older) mom of 3 teens and an EC teacher in a charter school. Several of the teachers I work with have lost weight or are trying to lose weight, and I feel inspired to try it myself. I'd like to reach a healthy weight and BMI and keep my blood pressure reasonable.

I saw your comment about making time for toning on the Jan jumpstart. I can relate too! For some reason it seemed harder to push myself to do these 10 min videos than it did to do 30 mins cardio. After a few days and realizing they really do go by quick and feeling how effective they are for such a short time I'm looking forward to seeing what happens after a month of it. Hang in there!
