I'm easy to get motivated, but a little too fast to lose it. I'm Diabetic, and I also have Celiac Disease, so I really NEED to be healthy! And I'm also hitting the point where I really want to be healthy. So, here we go!

My Goals:

I run (jog :) every morning with my roommate for half an hour, walk everywhere (no car, yay college! ;) and that's pretty much it.

Personal Information:
I'm from a little place in the middle of nowhere, and am now attending school in a big place in the middle of somewhere. :D

Other Information:
I LOVE books! My absolute favorite series are: The Thief by Megan Whalen Turner, The Hollow Kingdom trilogy by Clare B. Dunkle, and Crown Duel by Sherwood Smith.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. To answer your question, yes I vary my walks. My first plateau was because I didn't vary them.... was doing 3 miles a day at that time and that was back in November. Since November I've been varying the walks based on how I feel, the weather and so forth. My longest single walk has been 4 1/2 miles. I haven't measured for how long the longest walk that I can possibly do one day is but I can tell you from guesstimates that it's probably about 5 1/2 to 6 miles and that'd just be the one walk not counting taking another walk later in the day. So in other words could probably easily do 10 miles in a day but this heat and humidity is what's keeping me from doing that at this point.
