I'm working on being healthier both physically and mentally. My Goals:
Get back in shape so I can be HAPPY! The state of my body effects my mind.
My Program:
Eat better and drink more water. An hour of yoga at least once a week. Some other form of exercise (either dance or walking) at least once a week.
Personal Information:
I love to dance! Primarily Middle Eastern or bellydance, but I've taken some Irish dance classes and ballet. I've even learned and performed some burlesque routines.
