My Goals:
My goal is to feel strong and fit with lots of energy!

My Program:
I have been steadily gaining weight since losing 20 pounds over the summer. I am determined to stop and reverse this trend! I am going to start tracking my food and using my pedometer to track my steps. I will start out with 10,000 steps per day.

Personal Information:
I live in Bergheim, Texas, which is outside San Antonio. I live in the country. I teach Middle School at a Montessori school. My students are very active and we often go camping and hiking. At this point, I can barely keep up with them. I can't wait to drop a few pounds and improve my lung capacity. I want to run with the kids!

You are fine. You have to quit worrying about every little half pound. You are going to be SKINNY!!! Pay more attention to how you feel and how your clothes fit. The pounds will come off, but they are going to fluxuate a lot! Have a great day.
