3)Stop eating fast food
4)to get 8+cups of water in daily!!

My Program:
Cardio at least 10 minutes daily.

Kettlebell at least 3 days weekly

A check-box system to tracking amount of servings of the food groups daily

I have been reading quite a bit and participating in a book club here on sparkpeople. I also have been making an effort to keep track of books read on Goodreads.com

Other Information:
Favorite Fiction Book: Clan of the Cave Bear & Young Wives by Olivia Goldsmith..I also LOVE the Novel The Rosie Project by Gramae Simison

Favorite Movie: Any kids movie, they are great and share a great message but I really enjoyed watching Jack Reacher with TOM CRUISE!! WOW, He LOOKS HOT!!

Your welcome. I'm glad you appreciated my vlog on binge confrontation. It is one thing to know one has a problem, its another thing to begin deeply recognizing how those hurtful patterns are impacting one's life, and another step to reprogramming and rewiring those patterns anew.
