My Goals:
1) to reach inside "healthy" Body Mass Index number (CHECK! as of June 19, 2011). 2) get into one dress I have held onto for three years! (CHECK! as of June 19, 2011) 3) Reach goal weight of 148.5. (CHECK! as of August 6, 2011) 4) MAINTAIN goal weight (now at 138 lbs)! (CHECK as of May 19, 2012... and ongoing!)
My Program:
IN MAINTENENACE MODE: CONSISTENCY: Exercise: 2-3 15min miles on treadmill 3-4 days/week; strength training 3X week. FUELING Body: Protein Blast (at least 30g) within 45 minutes of awakening); Eating within SP recommended Calorie/Nutrient Ranges (aiming for lower end of range) Fruits, Veggies, lean protein and NO processed foods. READ labels on everything and reject everything with high fructose corn syrup and sodium over 400mg! (strive for no more than 1800mg/day) TRACK food honestly. ADEQUATE REST for optimum results: 7-8 hours sleep per day (sometimes this requires 1-2 powernaps of 30 min)
