live long and well
I am a 57 year old mother of 4 and Mason's grandmother.
After 30 years of dieting and losing and gaining the same 50 pounds over and over again.. this is a new beginning for me. No crash diets.. Dr. B be damned... I'm going to live and eat and challenge my body thoughtfully and with purpose. Setting smaller goals and celebrating them along the way. I have so much to be thankful for.. I have the most wonderful family and friends and my grandbaby makes living long and well so ...

I am realizing I've never been committed to me... to my good health, to living the life I deserve. This is the beginning of a new life for me. I'm committed to believing in my ability to live the best life I can. This is not a dress rehearsal... this is IT.
