I have been struggling with my weight all my life. I am not extremely overweight but I am chubby and it bothers me so I am doing something about it.

I'm 5'7".
My SW was 180.

My Goals:
Be healthy.



Run a marathon.



Do a half iron man.



Feel comfortable in my body.



Stop comparing myself to others.

My Program:
Reward myself for every 5 weeks that I am actively doing the right things, even if I have a few bumps in the road.



Staying within my calorie range.



Exercising 6-7 times a week.



Starting to do strength training =].



Sleeping 7-8 hours a night.



Journaling when life is stressing me out.



Drinking at least 8-10 cups of water a day.

How are you? What are your thoughts about the water fast - i.e. did you feel it was effective, would you do it again, etc. ? Don't let "bad" calorie days stop you from reaching your goal - you are SO CLOSE! I've had at least a handful of bad days since I started 3 weeks ago, but I am still losing weight (slowly but surely). I know you can do it!!
